2、拟成立公司董事会成员确认书、双方出任董事委派人员的身份证明（复印件）简历，外方有授权代表应有授权委托书

3、合营各方的法人资格证明（加盖企业公章的执照复印件），法人代表身份证复印件，外方资信证明材料。如以个人各义投资，须提供身份证复印件及有效资信证明原件

4、需进口设备清单及需进口原材料清单

5、项目的可行性报告

6、外资企业经营场所的有关证明材料

1.thecompanyscontractandthearticlesofassociationsignedbythelegalrepresentativesorthedelegatedrepresentativesofthevariosparties.

2.Theconfirmationdocmentsofthecompanysboardofdirectors,lettersofappointmentoftheboardofdirectorsbybothparties,theidentitycertificatesandresmesofpersonsappointedaswellastheletterofpower-delegationentrstmentfortherepresentativeifthereare.

3.Thecertificateofqalificationofthelegalpersonsofvariospartiesofthejointventre(incldingthedplicatelicensestampedthesealoftheenterprise),theIDdplicateoftherepresentativeofthelegalpersonandthecertificateofcreditoftheforeignside.Iftheinvestmentmadeinthenameofindividas,IDdplicatesandtheoriginalcopyofeffectivecertificateofcreditarereqired.
